Jim Goetz was born in Minot, North Dakota. He moved to Dickinson in 1976. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Dickinson State University. Jim has a Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of North Dakota and is a Special Education Strategist. Jim has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1979 and a licensed Broker since 1981. Along with selling real estate, Jim taught Special Education for 27 years in the Billings County and Dickinson Public School Districts. Jim worked as an adjunct professor for Dickinson State University, where he taught Real Estate classes for several years. Jim is married to Toni Goetz, a retired teacher. He has two married daughters, five grandchildren and 2 dogs. Jim is retired from teaching, and is now working full time as a Real Estate Broker Associate. Jim enjoys working in all areas of Real Estate. Jim likes to help people and meet their needs.
