A Quick View of The Acres Covenants:

  • One Single Family Dwelling per lot, not to exceed two stories.
  • Ranch or Bi-level: At least 1300 square feet above grade.
  • Slab On Grade: At least 1500 square feet above grade.
  • Two Story: At least 1800 square feet above grade.
  • Minimum 2 Stall Garage.
  • Maximum 1 Outbuilding.
  • Setbacks: 40-75′ front, and 15′ either side.
  • Outbuilding maximum size of 1200 square feet.
  • Minimum 20% coverage of brick and/or stone front.
  • Lots shall be for stick built new construction only.
  • No signage.
  • No above ground fuel tanks or water tanks.
  • Fences may not exceed 6 feet in height and must be constructed of wood, composite material, metal, black chain link, or vinyl.
  • Driveways must be concrete within 30′ of front of any attached garage. The remainder of driveway may be concrete, asphalt, crushed concrete, or crushed asphalt.
  • All buildings plans must be pre-approved in writing
