- One Single Family Dwelling per lot, not to exceed two stories.
- Ranch or Bi-level: At least 1300 square feet above grade.
- Slab On Grade: At least 1500 square feet above grade.
- Two Story: At least 1800 square feet above grade.
- Minimum 2 Stall Garage.
- Maximum 1 Outbuilding.
- Setbacks: 40-75′ front, and 15′ either side.
- Outbuilding maximum size of 1200 square feet.
- Minimum 20% coverage of brick and/or stone front.
- Lots shall be for stick built new construction only.
- No signage.
- No above ground fuel tanks or water tanks.
- Fences may not exceed 6 feet in height and must be constructed of wood, composite material, metal, black chain link, or vinyl.
- Driveways must be concrete within 30′ of front of any attached garage. The remainder of driveway may be concrete, asphalt, crushed concrete, or crushed asphalt.
